Payment Policy: Confirmation of payment is required before the Sponsorship specifications can be shared. Following payment, communication with key logistical details will be issued.

 

Sponsorship Policy Violations
CRF is committed to maintaining a fair and equitable sponsorship program for all industry partners. Sponsors are expected to comply with all CRF sponsorship policies and may not knowingly circumvent CRF by independently securing sponsorships, events, marketing opportunities, or other promotional activities in the host city during the official meeting dates that conflict with or undermine CRF’s sponsorship program.

Any sponsor found to have intentionally violated this policy may, at CRF’s sole discretion, be subject to one or more of the following:

Ineligibility to participate in the first round of sponsorship selections for the following year’s CRF meetings.
Deduction of priority points, as determined by CRF.
Restrictions on future sponsorship opportunities or benefits.
Any other corrective action deemed appropriate by CRF based on the nature and severity of the violation.

CRF reserves the right to review each situation individually and determine the appropriate action based on the specific facts and circumstances.
