Academic Satellite Programs at the Complex Coronary Summit give companies the opportunity to enrich the educational experience of the attendees. These one-hour programs will take place Wednesday, January 20 through Friday, January 22. Academic Satellite Programs are held in conjunction with the Complex Coronary Summit and are solely planned by the sponsoring company. These programs are not part of the scientific program, but they are designed to fulfill the same standards of evidence, scientific rigor, and fair balance criteria as the scientific program. Academic Satellite Programs may be accredited for Continuing Medical Education (CME) or content may be industry driven, although it must be educational in nature.
Program and Logistical Management
The application fees for Academic Satellite Programs at Complex Coronary Summit 2027 include the following:
- Meeting space and room setup (which cannot be altered)
- Audiovisual gear and labor
- Two (2) session scanners - supporter is responsible for managing registration onsite
- Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
- Promotion/Marketing
- One-time use of the Complex Coronary Summit preregistration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference
- Session listing on the Complex Coronary Summit website and CRF Events App
- Eblast promotion from CRF
- One-time use of the Complex Coronary Summit final registration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference, for informational purposes only
- Any further marketing efforts, food and beverage, as well as any faculty expenditures, such as honoraria, hotel, and/or travel, are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. All faculty are required to participate in person as virtual participation is not permitted.
These in-person satellite programs are 1-hour sessions that can accommodate up to 100 attendees. The standard lunch programs will take place in breakout rooms next to the General Session room. There are two programs available each day. Below are the available time slots:

These in-person satellite programs are 1-hour sessions that can accommodate up to 200 attendees. The premium lunch programs will take place in the General Session room. There is one premium lunch program available each day. Below are the available time slots:

Satellite time slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Available dates and times are listed on each of the Satellite LOAs. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:00PM EST. Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted.
