Immerse Yourself in Cutting-Edge Innovation at the Heart of the Complex Coronary Summit!
The Complex Coronary Summit will feature Demonstration Stations located in the highly visible pre-function area just outside of the General Session near Registration.
Demonstration Stations give companies the opportunity to elevate their presence by showcasing and demonstrating their devices in a personalized, interactive, and inclusive learning environment to maximize engagement and boost ROI.
Attendees will be encouraged to visit the Demonstration Stations throughout the meeting, giving companies and attendees the chance to take advantage of every opportunity to engage and connect.
Companies participating in the Demonstration Stations must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Large marketing or promotional materials such as signs and banners are not permitted.
- Table backdrops are not permitted
- Floor-stand monitors are not permitted
Application Fee: $40,000.00
($35,000 if packaged with a Training Workshop)
1 Station per company
Application fee includes:
- One (1) 2M x 1M x 41H Waterfall table w/ cabinet & branded panel
- Two (2) Stools
- One (1) Wastebasket
- Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
- Promotion/Marketing
- Preregistration Services
- One-time use of the CCS preregistration list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference
- One-time use of the CCS final registration list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference
- Listing on the conference website, conference app, and e-blasts promoting all satellite programs
- Marketing
- Promotion via E-blasts, Conference Website, CCS Mobile App, Housekeeping Slides, Push Notifications
- Onsite signage
Application Fee Does Not include:
- Inbound/Outbound shipping and material handling, and labor costs
- Labor and/or support staff to set-up/strike the equipment provided by the sponsor
- Electricity and A/V
- Any items not listed in the outline of what is provided, including any special requests/needs
Supporters are required to provide:
- In-kind equipment
- Support staff to manage each workshop

The number of companies that can participate in the Demonstration Stations is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required before the Demonstration Station LOA can be approved and confirmed. Following payment, an official confirmation letter with key logistical details will be issued.
